All orders will be shipped by USPS. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent. Please verify inputs made for the correct address as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it’s been shipped.

We ask you to carefully choose your piece before buying it; you can communicate via email if any doubt or question surges about any piece before buying it. I will be happy to give you more information, images or videos if necessary. Zaela offers a 14-day warranty, if within those days any solder comes off or the stone is loose. I will ask for a photo of the piece before you send it for evidence. It is recommended to send the piece in the original box, if you do not have it, you can put it inside a Ziploc bag with some protection in a 6”x10” bubble envelope if possible.

Custom rings that do not fit, can be sent back within the 14-day period.

Repairs due to manufacturing
damages are free, you have 3 days to claim it. As damage from a closure, bends
in the band, broken stone, photos of the piece are required.

-Minimal damage caused by the customer (simple reshaping of a ring band or polishing) will have a minimum charge of $10

-Extreme damage caused by the customer (smashing, breaking a solder) will have a minimum charge
of $35

Any jewelry not made by Zaela will not be repaired.

Quality is one of Zaela most important goals. All jewelry is delicate and great care is required to guarantee that you have it for a lifetime and more. It is recommended to remove
the jewelry before showering, sleeping or sweating to reserve its finishes.
Avoid applying cream or perfume while wearing. Avoid storing in places withhumidity or chemicals such as chlorine.
